It’s been a while since the Once-ler first came to Greenville looking to sell his first Thneed. ((So, since there’s been a lot of flack and general douchebaggery in the fandom lately. I decided we should do something I haven’t seen been done in a while. A nice, large, fandom get-together! I’ll be hosting a tinychat this Saturday (June 2) at 6pm CST. (If you need help converting for your time zone, there’s a helpful site here. Just plug in the info I’ve given and select your time zone and you’ll have it.)Overall, it’s going to be for you guys to pick and guide what we do, but I’ll have some youtube videos/music picked out just in case. Just bring yourself, whether you’re an askblog, an RP blog, an artist, a writer, a cosplayer, or just a blog that reblogs a lot of Once-ler stuff! It doesn’t matter, all of you are welcome! Even people not in the fandom are welcome! It’s a day for making friends and just being cheery chums with everyone.
I’m going to be hosting it as my Once-ler and hopefully we can all have a great time and reconnect as a fandom.
Something to keep in mind: I will be kicking people with 0 mercy who want to be douches in the chat, the whiteboard, or anywhere. No tolerance for trolls or people who can’t keep their hate to themselves.
